Qualifying Spots Available
The Junior World Committee has determined all age groups listed below will be able to qualify for the national event. The number of exemptions given out in each age group will be one per age group. All players in Texas must qualify to enter the Junior World tournament in the 15-17, 13-14, 11-12 and 9-10 Division. Junior Links Open participants that are trying to qualify for the Callaway Junior World must try to qualify in the age group they will be at the time of the national event in July. Callaway Junior World event will be held July 15-18, 2008.
Example: Junior Players birthday is June 16, 1994, that puts him in the 11-12 age group for the JLO tourney. He wishes to qualify for the Callaway Junior World event held in July. He would have to play up and qualify in the 13-14 age group in the JLO event.
